Perfect Car buying Experience

We purchased an Honda Odyssey and Terry Treece at Cleo Bay Honda was our sales manager. Our experience was nothing but fabulous. We got a lowest email quote for the model we were looking for and we drove off the vehicle in less than 2 hrs with zero stress. He had two cars to choose from ready for us to test drive, we test-drove it ourselves (they didn't take our driver's license either). Rest of the paperwork took less than hour. Our car buying experience has never been so nice. I would highly recommend Cleo Bay Honda Terry Treece for all future Honda purchases for our friends and family.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!

We were looking at new cars on the internet and requested that a dealer contact us with a quote. We were put into contact with Elaine Cloud at Cleo Bay who contacted us right away via email introducing herself and stating that they would be very competitive with dealers in the Austin area. When we decided on a Honda Accord EX, I contacted Elaine via email with what we wanted and what we were trading in. After a couple email exchanges to confirm information, she came back with an offer that no dealer in Austin or Round Rock could meet. I called to confirm that her offer was legitimate and she said yes so we agreed to the offer. The only trouble was that they didn't have the car in stock but she found one in Houston to bring in. But, we were saving a lot of money so that was OK. We went to the dealership to sign the papers and it was the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. We walked in, they confirmed the numbers on a worksheet/Purchase Order and 20 minutes later we were signing documents with the Finance Manager, "Mac". We also opted for the extended warranty because we plan on keeping the car for a long time. I had priced extended warranties with my credit union and the one through Cleo Bay was through was less expensive, covers everything except stains scratches and normal maintenance items and is through Allstate Insurance. They gave us a loaner car to drive until ours came in from Houston. In the meantime, they were able to get us financed with American Honda for an even better rate than our credit union and we switched financing to American Honda. When our car came in, they delivered it to our house at no additional charge! Folks, if you are wanting to buy a Honda, contact Elaine at Cleo Bay. She was very aggressive in making sure we got the best car for the best price with the best financing all while keeping the buying experience easy as possible!

We are LOVE LOVE loving our 2014 Honda CR-V with Navagational System we bought on March 28, 2014 from Elaine C., Internet Manager, at Cleo Bay Honda in Killeen TX. It is so smooth and quiet to drive. We love the unique Mountain Air color and the beige leather interior is fabulous. We still haven't see another one of the same color. We are slowly learning how to work the hands-free phone, navigation and other electronics. We just pull out the manual and work through one item at a time. Thank you Elaine for being so professional and working with us the way internet customers like to buy cars by giving us your absolute best, clean price up front . . . you saved us time and money plus it was stress-free!!! We emailed Elaine with exactly what car we wanted and to give us her best possible price. And she did exactly that!!! In fact, Elaine threw in several accessories plus tint. The other dealers wanted to charge us for those accessories. We also emailed the three Honda dealers in Austin at the same time but they wanted to haggle and didn't give us their best price up front. They gave us tons of stress which we didn't want or need. PLUS ELAINE GAVE US THE BEST PRICE THAT NONE OF THOSE THREE BEAT except when they learned we were buying from Cleo Bay. We bought our CRV for less that invoice and less than Edmond TMV and Kelly Blue Book FPP. We dealt with Elaine through email, internet and over the phone. We only met face-to-face once when we drove to Killeen to pick up our new car. A FABULOUS experience! My husband said that was one of the smoothest car transactions he ever remembers including financing with Honda with .9% interest! Buying a car from Elaine C, was most definitely worth the drive from Austin to Killeen. A HUGE thank you to Elaine and Cleo Bay!

Worth the Drive

We just bought a new Crosstour, and couldn't be happier with the experience from Cleo Bay. This was the easiest car purschase we have made, ever. I dealt with Elaine C. via the internet, and she was great; answered all my questions, and came in with a price that was lower than expected, plus threw in some free amenities. Its a 90 minute drive to Killeen from where I Live, but its worth it, since we got out of there with our car in 45 minutes. That included the credit check, signing the contract, (getting a lower interest rate than we expected) and most of time was just going over the controls in the car. She hooked up my blue tooth, my phone book, showed me how everything worked, and we were on our way. I had already test driven at a Honda dealership near me, and they said they would haggle, but I never really got a counter offer, being told it would depend on the details, but those were never discussed, really. Instead, I left the lot, with the understanding that the sales person would call the following month, which was right around the corner, to tell me if Honda was offering any new incentives. I ended up calling, but the person was never available, when I called. This happened several times, where a person would call me from a dealership (there were two dealerships I was in contact with, besides Cleo Bay). They would leave a msg on my phone, and whenI called back, they would be busy, and Iwas transferred to another sales person. Iwas asked more questions, than given answers to MY questions. I was feeling like Iwas less important to them, than I would have thought. On the other hand, Elaine had quick responses to all my questions, and it was easy to make decisions based on the information she gave me. In addition, she never called. Everything was done at my convenience through e-mail. I never felt pressured either. She was very patient. When the time came, and we wanted the car, we were a little worried about driving out of our way, but she got us out of there relatively fast, and the driving was worth the experience of not having to wait around for hòurs on the lot to see how things were going to turn out. Since I bought the car, I she has contacted me and so has Darren Renke, to ensure I didn't have any other questions about my purchase, and that I was satisfied. I'm extremly satisfied! This car drives like a dream, and it was the easiest car purchase we made, in spite of the drive, when seems like nothing now, compared to our happiness factor, with the price and the ease of purchase.
