Even though construction is ongoing in the service department, my service was handled quickly and easily. Jennifer is an outstanding member of the team. She had a couple of phone calls while I was there that she handled gracefully and professionally. I’ve not had an unpleasant experience with Cleo Bay Honda.

I have always had a wonderful experience buying a car here. I bought a Honda Civic in 2007 and most recently a 2021 Honda Pilot. Kirby was friendly and thoughtful with the whole process from start to finish. Financing and pickup was so simple. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We called the dealer Friday Aug. 07 2020 and got Joshua Gibbs on the phone. We saw this 2019 ram 2500 Laramie Night edition for sale at Cleo Bay Honda in Killeen Tx. After talking to Joshua he sent us a credit app to do and send back to him. We live in Amarillo Tx, almost 8 hours away. Sent it back and he started working the deal. We knew this was the truck we wanted and had been waiting for and if it was right then everything would fall into place. After few calls back and forth with Joshua Saturday at noon he said we are good to haul butt down and get our new truck! The trip down Joshua checked in on us several times and stressed not to hurry and be safe. We got to Killeen around 9pm and Joshua and the manager stayed and welcomed us in to sign. We all chatted for a bit and took pictures. This by far was our best experience with a dealer! Joshua was amazing and went out of his way to make this deal easy and smooth! It is stressful buying a $70,000 truck over the phone but he made it easy. Cleo Bay Honda is a beautiful dealer and we would recommend them to everyone! Thanks again for our beautiful truck and making a new friend!

This review is entirely from the heart! Our experience at Cleo Bay Honda was a smooth and pleasant one from beginning to end. Dustin went out of his way to be helpful and worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. There was never any pressure applied; he was someone we felt entirely comfortable with. Even though it was a long day, he made sure we had every comfort. We left feeling confident and good that we were well taken care of. We would recommend this place extremely highly!!!

I want to give props to Cleo Bay Honda for pulling through...not once but TWICE. The first time, I needed a reliable vehicle to take me to my 45 minute drive work. Just recently I got into a vehicle accident and my car was totaled. Both times I almost give up but the staff didn’t give up on us. I want to say “Dångkulu na si Yu’us ma’åse” (meaning “A BIG THANK YOU”) to Mr. Chris (the first time) and Ms. Elaine (the second time). You two are AWESOME!!!

Great service--lots of help getting us into the car we wanted. Edwin Williams worked with us over several days. We were replacing a car that had been totaled, and he was very patient with us when the insurance company took its sweet time getting us our settlement. I have used the service department with my previous car, and they are always friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommend this dealership, and Honda cars.
Edwin Williams was very helpful and accommodating while I was shopping for a used car, especially when it came to looking at different financing options. The dealership also offered a warranty for the car at a very reasonable price.
We come down from Waco, TX, to shop at Cleo Bay. Great folks and a good deal again as we just bought our 6th Honda and 5th car from Tony Pagen (seriously, talk to Tony as he’s a great person to work with). As everyone knows, it's buying a car. This is the process; however, they seemed fair and willing to negotiate if your courteous and know what you can do. One note that I have said before, I continue to recommend Tony Pagan after working with him for the past 4+ years. He went and continues to go the extra mile! Be realistic, patient, and it will be a good experience. Of course, Tony made that all better for my wife, my son, and myself.
Would like to give Will and Irme in the Service Department 5 stars. Will is very nice and professional and Irme is an A1 mechanic. I had to get the AC compressor replaced in my Honda hybrid and I'm happy to say it runs like a champ. I highly recommend Cleo Bay Honda Service Dept. Keep up the good work guys, you're doing an awesome job!!!

I was in the market for a Type R. I contacted over 40 dealers in 8 states and from all of them, Kirby from the Internet Sales at Cleo Bay Honda in Killeen, TX was the best. Kirby provided excellent service, friendly, professional, and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. She helped me get the vehicle I wanted without trying to upcharge me and sell me other accessories that I did not want. She kept me updated with everything and made the whole process easy. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them.
The service was excellent! The staff put a light in my day. They were so warm, friendly, and oh so helpful! They make you feel like family! We were in and out in less than an hour (needed repairs on tires). My daughter is a HUGE fan of Cleo Bay Honda!!

Absolutely love Kirby my saleswoman and Mac in finance. They made everything quick and easy. I walked in at 9:30 and by 11:00 my new car was going to get detailed. I’ve never seen anything like it. Even with my two-month-old son Kirby and Mac went above and beyond to make everything as quick as possible. I never thought I would be able to buy a brand new car but Kirby made that possible.
